At Happy Tails, we're dedicated to ensuring the well-being of your beloved pets. We understand the importance of responsible pet ownership. One crucial aspect of it is spaying and neutering your furry friends. We're here to help you with our Spay/Neuter Assistance Program!

Please complete one application for pet. Applications may be submitted by mail or email. 

Payment is due upon application approval by Happy Tails.

(Copay minimum: neuter/male/$25, spay/female/$35)
